Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Manager for Pharma Excipients & Raw Materials, based on-site in Hyderabad. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving sales and profitability growth. Additional responsibilities include fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, conducting market research to identify trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

  • Strong skills in business development, key account management, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the pharmaceutical excipients and raw materials industry.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and meet targets under deadlines.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales growth and building successful client relationships.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in business management, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field are highly preferred.
