Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Daily tasks include market research, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Travel and meeting customers.

Qualifications (MBA)

  • Experience in market research, strategic planning, and identifying business opportunities
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business negotiations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
