WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a leading solid waste management company dedicated to building a cleaner and greener tomorrow. Through our automated IoT-based door-to-door waste collection solutions, we focus on efficient waste management, environmental sustainability, and community well-being.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, including government officials, department heads, and key decision-makers.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
2. Lead Generation & Networking
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Solid Waste Management (SWM) sector.
Network with government departments, private organizations, and urban local bodies (ULBs) to explore partnerships.
Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients and stakeholders to promote WeVOIS services.
3. Liaison with Government Officials
Coordinate effectively with state and local government departments for approvals, compliance, project execution, and official processes.
Manage documentation and ensure smooth handling of government-related interactions.
Support tender management activities including tender identification, documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
4. Team Handling
Lead and guide a team of business development or field executives.
Monitor performance, provide direction, and ensure achievement of targets.
5. Record Maintenance & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, tenders, and follow-ups.
Prepare and present reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and client engagement to management.
Ensure proper documentation management through MS Office and PDF tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Solid Waste Management (SWM) industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling.
Strong knowledge of SWM industry practices, state policies, and government regulations.
Hands-on experience in tender management, government liaison, and business development activities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in MS Office, PDF handling, and documentation.
Strong selling skills with the ability to act as a deal maker in competitive situations.
Should be willing to travel anywhere within the state as per business requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
