Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and growing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining partnerships, building strategic business plans, and executing sales initiatives. The candidate will manage client relations, ensure revenue growth, and oversee market research to identify trends. The individual will also represent the company at business meetings and networking events to cultivate long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Skills in business development, partnership management, and strategic planning
- Expertise in client relations, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and competitor research
- Strong communication and presentation skills to represent the company effectively
- Experience in healthcare, orthopedic solutions, or a related sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in digital tools and ability to work independently in a remote setting
