Business Development Manager

- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow company sales and market share in the steel industry.
- Identify, research, and approach potential clients and build long-term relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other contract details with clients.
- Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations) and tenders, and follow up to secure orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business development KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the steel industry (business development or sales).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of steel products, manufacturing processes, and steel market dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Personality: Confident, professional, and personable; able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Prefer Candidate from Steel Industry Background
