Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – EdTech (Coimbatore)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building new client relationships, creating trust and rapport, and positioning our EdTech solutions as a strong value addition for educational institutions and corporate clients. This is a field sales role, requiring strong outreach, relationship management, and consultative selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B outreach in the Coimbatore region.
- Engage decision-makers (principals, placement heads, training managers, corporate stakeholders) and initiate discussions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain systematic follow-up with clients to ensure timely closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company in networking and market activities.
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development (B2B/EdTech preferred; MBA fresher's welcome).
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Consultative selling and active listening skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
Salary & Perks
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives and allowances.
