Job Summary

Join our team supporting a leading North American retail brand We're hiring energetic voice process executives for customer support roles in e-commerce. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and return queries
  • Provide resolutions to issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate Freshers Welcome
  • Skills: Strong English communication (verbal) is mandatory
  • Must be open to rotational and night shifts
  • Candidates from across India are welcome to relocate to Jaipur

Compensation & Benefits upto ₹36,000/month
