Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Jaipur for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will handle daily customer service tasks, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional support. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales through effective communication.

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • Sales skills to assist in the promotion and sale of products and services
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
