Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Health Campaign (Ramp) project. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience while adhering to process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience:
- Freshers: Allowed up to 10% of total hires (Maximum 30 candidates)
- Any Industry Experience: Allowed up to 50% (Maximum 90 candidates)
- Relevant Work Experience (Customer Support / Healthcare / International Voice Process): Minimum 40% (80+ candidates, can exceed but cannot fall below this percentage)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Health Campaign process.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Ensure high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors as per requirements.
Job Details
- Headcount Requirement:
- First Batch (2nd Sept 2025): 40 candidates
- Daily Line-up: Minimum 10 candidates/day until onboarding target is met
- Contract Duration: 2 Months
- Shifts: Rotational

Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Pay: ₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
