Hiring: Customer Care Executives – International Call Centre (Rotational Shifts)

Location: Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time (5 / 5.5 working days per week)

Eligibility:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass to graduates
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Excellent command over spoken English is mandatory

Salary:

₹18,000 CTC to ₹40,000 CTC (based on skills & experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Provide product/service information clearly and effectively
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support
  • Meet daily/weekly call and service quality targets
  • Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience
