Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive medical insurance quotations based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with insurers to obtain, compare, and negotiate quotes.
  • Manage the full policy placement process, including documentation, approvals, and issuance on insurer portals.
  • Maintain close communication with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
  • Support the Sales Advisor by preparing proposals, tracking case progress, and managing follow-ups.
  • Ensure all cases are handled within defined timelines and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain records and reports related to quotations, placements, and renewals.
  • Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in medical insurance operations, underwriting support, or similar roles (preferably in brokerage or insurance company setup).
  • Strong knowledge of medical insurance products, market practices, and insurer portals.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with insurance software/portals.
