We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations within our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in education services or EdTech, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee student enrollment, documentation, and application processes end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with university partners to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and update accurate data records in CRM tools, Excel sheets, and internal databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational timelines.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies to enhance process quality and productivity.

Desired Profile:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in EdTech or education services.
  • Strong command over Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
