**About Our Client**:
The client is a disruptive and innovative media startup catering to the Indian millennials.

The COO will be a responsible for helping set the growth strategy & executing the vision of the company, along with building and leading a world class team to drive best practices in the organisation. The COO would also be in charge of upholding & promoting the company's vision & culture, which is crucial in their current stage of growth. Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures - Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
- Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the team with direct responsibility of finance and HR activities
- Take the lead in expansion activities - Help drive budgeting activities

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a highly passionate & hands on, data-driven & analytical team member to run the day to day activities of the team.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or P&L management in a fast paced consumer tech startup. Ideal exposure to the growth journey of marquee tech brands is preferred
- Some interest in the media & content space is preferred
- Excellent data analysis, data interpretation, and first principle problem-solving approach. Analytical mindset and natural problem solving skills, focused on a systems and processed-based approach
- Strong execution - ability to roll up your sleeves and lead high-visibility projects
- Well organized and good time management skills
