- The Job
- Review Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, stories and any other supporting docs
- Analyse project requirements with product/commercial/BA teams
- Produce initial project assessment and estimates to review with Ops leads
- Partner with Ops/AS reps through project lifecycle
- Identify and develop task plans required to support go live activities
- Oversee and track Ops task execution
- Provide updates on project milestones to wider project meetings
- Work with project reps to define operational processes required to support project
- Create Ops Process doc/supporting documentation as needed
- Track Ops tasks through to project closure Post Go Live
- Your Profile
- Works independently with guidance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally to provide innovative solutions to problems, understands the ‘why’
- Highly organised with ability to plan and oversee execution of tasks
- Process oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
- A positive can-do attitude and demonstrates a flexible approach when projects change direction at short notice
- Expertise in operational process and SME in workflows would be a plus
