About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Executive who will manage and grow our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The candidate should be hands-on with listings, advertising, pricing, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with strong titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Manage Amazon & Flipkart Ads (PPC), including campaign setup, optimization, budget control, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rate, ranking, and other key marketplace metrics.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, coupons, deals, and sale event participation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or dispatch teams to ensure proper inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle marketplace support tickets, account health, policy compliance, claims, and return issues.
  • Perform competitor and pricing research to maintain a competitive position.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with
    Amazon Seller Central
    and
    Flipkart Seller Hub
    .
  • Strong knowledge of product listing SEO, keyword research, and catalog management.
  • Practical experience in managing
    Amazon & Flipkart PPC campaigns
    .
  • Good understanding of pricing, commissions, margins, and profitability.
  • Ability to analyze data and make growth-focused decisions.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with additional marketplaces like Meesho, Jiomart, Snapdeal, etc., is a plus.
  • Familiarity with FBA / Flipkart Smart Warehouse operations.
