As we expand our digital footprint across marketplaces, we're looking for a skilled marketer who can take charge of our online marketplace growth and performance strategy.
Role Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic marketer who can handle end-to-end marketplace operations — from product listings and SEO to pricing, offers, and paid performance campaigns. The ideal candidate will blend analytical skill with marketing creativity to maximise visibility, traffic, and sales across all digital marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Manage listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, First Cry and others.
- Optimise product titles, keywords, descriptions, and A+ content for better discoverability.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to stay competitive while maintaining margins.
- Plan and execute offers, discounts, and campaigns aligned with platform calendars.
- Monitor performance dashboards, ratings, and reviews to drive improvements.
Performance Marketing & Strategy
- Run and optimise paid campaigns across Amazon Ads and other marketplaces.
- Develop data-driven media plans focused on driving traffic and conversions.
- Monitor ROI, CPA, and ROAS to ensure budget efficiency.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives and copies align with performance goals.
- Identify opportunities for cross-platform growth and category expansion.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics for sales, ads, and listings.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on trends and competition analysis.
- Regularly review spend vs. returns to optimise marketing budgets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketplace management or digital performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and pricing strategy.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Amazon Sponsored Ads.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce growth levers and consumer behaviour.
