Job Title: E-Commerce & Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage product catalog, pricing, and listings across company website & online marketplaces.
  • Coordinate inventory, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Oversee order management, returns, refunds, and customer support.
  • Plan and execute online promotions in coordination with marketing teams, track performance.
  • Monitor key metrics (sales, conversion, returns) and generate regular reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing).

Inside Sales

  • Identify and reach out to developers, fleet operators, and direct customers to generate business leads.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain CRM entries, track pipeline progress, and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposal preparation, pricing inputs, and customer queries.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in e-commerce operations and/or inside sales.
  • Must have handled B2C accounts on platforms such as Amazon & Flipkart; exposure to B2B sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
