About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM cum HR Assistant to support both customer relationship management and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, maintain CRM data, assist in HR operations, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely customer follow-up.

Generate CRM reports and track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.

Support marketing and sales campaigns through CRM tools.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Human Resource Support:

Assist in recruitment activities – posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Assist in payroll data collection and HR documentation.

Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in CRM operations or HR support.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing, construction, or B2B industry preferred.

Knowledge of HRIS software and basic HR compliance.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
