About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as an Operations & Client Servicing Associate. This role requires a strong foundation in global financial markets, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day business operations including accounting oversight. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of ensuring smooth execution across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling & Global Markets Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing timely updates.

  • Assist in preparing client reports, investment summaries, and presentations.

  • Support advisors/fund managers with research, execution, and portfolio monitoring across global markets.

  • Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and other intermediaries on client transactions.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Manage documentation, onboarding, KYC, and reporting requirements.

  • Track and ensure timely execution of client instructions and investment orders.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate financial records of business operations and client-related transactions.

  • Coordinate with the finance team/auditors for reconciliations, expense tracking, and regulatory reporting.

  • Prepare MIS reports, revenue dashboards, and operational performance reviews.

  • Ensure adherence to compliance and accounting standards applicable to global financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products.

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or accounting within wealth management, asset management, or financial services.

  • Working knowledge of accounting practices; familiarity with global investment platforms is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-first orientation.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint (you will have to make ad hoc presentations in short notices), and financial reporting tools.
