We're looking for a motivated Business Development Assistant Manager with proven experience in IT services sales (website development, digital marketing). If you love client outreach, building relationships, and driving growth, this is your chance to shine
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking.
- Pitch and present tailored IT solutions to clients.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of IT sales/business development experience (mandatory).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Based in Bhubaneswar or open to hybrid work.
