About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team at This is a hybrid role that combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on marketing execution. The ideal candidate will drive new business development while also leading our inbound lead generation efforts, accelerating customer acquisition in the rapidly evolving fields of AI and IT automation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor for AI and automation solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — including delivering product demos and negotiating contracts.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports on revenue progress.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute foundational SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization) to boost organic traffic and inbound leads.
- Plan and manage a content calendar with blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership content to establish credibility.
- Oversee and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Google Ads) to drive qualified leads.
- Track KPIs and conversion metrics across marketing and sales, making data-driven improvements.
Collaboration
- Work with design and video teams to produce impactful marketing assets (visuals, social media content, short-form videos).
- Partner with delivery teams to create case studies and testimonials that highlight client success stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, AI, or IT solutions).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, and digital lead generation.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
