Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in Real Estate, located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating and closing deals. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, providing personalized consultancy, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from consultation to possession.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong customer relationship management skills and personalized consultancy experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market, market insights, and RERA regulations
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and prepare sales presentations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
