Job Description – Real Estate Sales (Junior/Senior)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required: 2-6 years (Luxury / Premium Real Estate Sales Preferred)

Industry: Real Estate / Luxury Property Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with
    HNI clients
    and investors to promote premium villa projects across India.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand client needs, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals to recommend the most suitable villa options.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site property presentations and coordinate client visits.
  • Negotiate and close
    high-value real estate transactions
    with professionalism and integrity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and channel partners in the luxury segment.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities across major luxury real estate markets.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (
    MBA preferred
    ).
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury or villa segment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and capability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of premium real estate markets:
    Goa, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, Noida
    .
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online real estate platforms.
  • Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and site visits.
