About the Role:

Diladro Foundation is seeking highly accomplished sales professionals with a proven record of engaging and closing High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). This role is not for beginners — it is exclusively designed for candidates who have direct access to premium networks and have successfully managed HNI clients in industries like luxury real estate, private banking, premium automobiles, wealth management, or luxury lifestyle services.

Your mandate is simple yet powerful: enroll 8 HNI patrons per month, each contributing 51,000 as a Privilege Membership. Every membership directly funds the Foundation's humanitarian work, with documented proof of impact and media recognition provided to each patron.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role where you will combine your sales mastery with a deeper cause, while enjoying unmatched compensation and rapid career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your existing HNI network to connect, engage, and onboard Privilege Members (51,000 each).

Independently identify and pursue new HNI prospects through networking, luxury events, private clubs, and professional circles.

Present the NGO's mission and Privilege Membership Program persuasively, positioning it as both social impact and a status symbol.

Deliver a minimum of 8 Privilege Memberships per month (4,08,000 monthly goal).

Maintain strong relationships with HNI patrons, ensuring continued goodwill, satisfaction, and referrals.

Represent the Foundation at high-profile events, meetings, and media interactions as needed.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and patron acknowledgments.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5–12 years in luxury sales / HNI client servicing (real estate, luxury cars, private wealth, hospitality, lifestyle).

Network: Must already have a solid personal HNI circle in Chandigarh Tricity (corporates, doctors, industrialists, entrepreneurs, etc.)

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket deals.

Exceptional communication, grooming, and persuasive skills in English & Hindi (Punjabi is an advantage).

Strong self-drive, independence, and ability to deliver without micro-management.

Growth & Rewards:

Base CTC: Rs.70000

Incentives: Performance-linked, uncapped — the more you close, the higher you earn.

Promotion: Upon achieving 6-month performance benchmarks, fast-track promotion to Head of Department (HOD) with 50% CTC hike and leadership privileges (Schedule-II & III).
