We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead marketing initiatives, execute campaigns, and support strategic planning. This role is key to increasing brand visibility, driving student admissions, and building strong community and institutional relationships.

Location:- Noida & Kolkata

Required Experience:- 6 months to 3yrs

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and track on-ground and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

- Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student needs.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement outreach strategies.

- Field Outreach & Community Engagement

  • School Engagement: Visit schools, coordinate with administrators, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Coaching Center Liaison: Network with tuition teachers and coaching institutes to generate leads and referrals.
  • Community Activities: Organize events such as canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and RWA meetings for local engagement.

- Data & Reporting

  • Collect and verify student and lead data, and update it in the system.
  • Prepare regular reports to track outreach performance and provide actionable feedback.
