Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outreach Specialist. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for managing outbound communication efforts, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and executing outreach strategies to drive engagement and partnerships. Daily tasks include conducting research to identify potential partners, creating and sending emails, making phone calls, and participating in networking events. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align outreach activities with overall business goals and reporting on outreach metrics and achievements.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with diverse audiences
- Experience in conducting market research, identifying potential outreach opportunities, and building strategic partnerships
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other relevant digital communication technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving success
- Relevant work experience in outreach, public relations, or business development
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
