ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive / Outreach Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, lead generation, and sales (B2B/B2C), with strong communication skills and a passion for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, campaigns, and marketing activities
  • Engage with potential clients/students to promote ICA's offerings and convert leads
  • Conduct outreach activities at colleges, institutes, and corporates for branding and promotions
  • Manage B2B and B2C sales activities to meet monthly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach and lead generation efforts
  • Coordinate with the center and marketing teams for seamless execution of campaigns

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, field sales, and B2B/B2C sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Knowledge of local geography (Greater Noida) preferred
