Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations associate with experience in supporting and improving the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR data, supporting employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to the efficiency of HR systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes (e.g., promotions, transfers).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration through timely and accurate data entry.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the improvement and automation of HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic HR functions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
