Started in 2009, BoringBrands is a new age company that focuses on changing consumer behaviour towards brands. With services including Public Relations, Social Media and Digital Advertising, we work with brands looking for business growth. Our in-house developed tech products allow us to help businesses track their PR performances and manage chaos. With our head office in Gurgaon, we have worked with over 250 brands across 10 countries and have done over 500+ campaigns. We have some of the most prestigious companies on our roster including Urban Clap, Bertelsmann India Investments (BII), SAIF Partners, Ezetap, and Info Edge (which operates Naukri, 99acres, and Jeevansathi). Our Headquarters is in Gurugram, India.
Job DescriptionThe key KRA for the profile:
- Understand the current needs of the company with respect to the kind of business and also the volume of businesses needed to meet the overall company's objective
- Understand the external data ecosystem and multiple data vendors and their offerings
- Continuously research the Startups & Technology market to be able to develop the value propositions for BoringBrands PR solutions
- Utilize a structured approach and qualification tools for identifying and measuring the quality of potential new business initiatives.
- Map out the key players for potential new business initiatives and determine/document appropriate sales strategy/ies
- Develop a competitive strategy that anticipates competitors and places BoringBrands as the best in the market to meet customer objectives.
- Execute high-quality one on one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills
- Sets Sales/Marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Work deeply in coordination with the Public Relations and Digital marketing team to prepare the business proposals
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales. Previous experience in Digital, Advertising or PR agency or Startups would be awesome.
- Graduation/Post Graduation from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges
- Working Knowledge of MS Office
- Must Haves: Great communication and negotiation skills, Sales Planning, be Self- Driven and have Motivation to Sales
