Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

You will be responsible for handling leads, conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, and managing client relationships from inquiry to sale closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Engage with clients to understand property requirements.
  • Present and promote real estate projects effectively.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits.
  • Negotiate and close property deals confidently.
  • Maintain customer data and provide after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of local property markets and trends.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and professional in approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Salary & Incentives:

  • Total Package: ₹60,000 per month
  • Fixed Take-home: ₹21,000 (35%)
  • Performance-based Incentives: Up to ₹39,000

Top performers regularly earn ₹60,000+ per month through incentives and bonuses
