Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with regional HR and business leaders to align workforce strategies with organizational goals.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion inclusion, trust, and accountability while addressing issues with empathy and decisiveness.
- Policy Leadership: Design and implement progressive HR policies that balance global standards with local compliance.
- HR Modernization: Lead automation, digitization, and AI adoption in recruitment, performance, and engagement.
- People Analytics: Provide workforce insights through dashboards and data storytelling to guide decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Engagement teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a high-touch, values-driven onboarding process.
- Coaching & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive employee matters, talent development, and conflict resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR programs and deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in a global, technology-driven environment.
- Expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and labor regulations.
- Skilled in AI adoption and HR modernization initiatives.
- Outstanding data fluency with the ability to interpret and present workforce analytics.
- Exceptional communicator-empathetic, assertive, and inspiring.
- Experience mentoring HR professionals and building strategic HR teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
