Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    day-to-day gym operations
    , ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
  • Manage
    equipment usage, tracking, and maintenance
    , coordinating timely repairs or replacements.
  • Handle
    client follow-ups
    , including membership renewals, upgrades, and retention strategies.
  • Drive
    gym membership sales
    , conducting tours, consultations, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain strong
    customer relationships
    by providing excellent service and addressing member concerns promptly.
  • Support in planning and executing
    fitness programs, group classes, and community events
    to enhance member engagement.
  • Monitor
    attendance, revenue, and membership reports
    to track business performance.
  • Collaborate with trainers and staff to ensure
    high-quality service delivery
    and professional conduct.

Implement and uphold
health, safety, and hygiene standards
in accordance with regulations.
