Regional Sales manager- Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and grow offline sales for sports nutrition products including whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements within the Delhi NCR region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, gyms, fitness centers, sports stores, and retailers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel and team management.
- Expand the distribution network to increase product reach across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
- Recruit, train, and lead sales executives to ensure smooth field operations and consistent performance.
- Collaborate with marketing for product launches, brand activations, and local promotional events.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches to identify market opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Prepare and present regional performance reports and actionable insights to management.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in the Sports Nutrition industry (mandatory).
- Proven success in handling the Delhi NCR territory and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of fitness professionals, gym owners, distributors, and retailers in the region.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
