Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within the assigned territory. This role involves managing channel partners/distributors, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of local markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
Manage and motivate channel partners, distributors, and the sales team (if applicable).
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to drive growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
Execute marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Train and develop channel partners and field sales representatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360, ₹420,000.00 per year
