Territory Sales Executive

**Location**: Andhra Pradesh / Telangana (or joint territory)
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard **dealers, distributors, and channel partners** across AP/Telangana.
- Drive sales of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related solar solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, EPC players, and institutional clients.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and execute territory-wise sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis for better penetration.
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and order closures.
- Provide product demos, training, and technical clarifications to customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, dispatch, and after-sales support.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
**Key Requirements**
- **Mandatory solar industry experience** (minimum 2-5 years).
- Preferred background**:Waaree, Eastman, UTL, Luminous**, or other reputed solar brands.
- Strong network with channel partners, distributors, and solar retailers.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within AP/Telangana.
- Basic technical understanding of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries).
**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or technical background is a plus).
- Minimum 2-7 years of relevant solar sales experience.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
