About the Role

Were hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to help us grow our offshore US healthcare services business. Youll connect directly with medical clinics, billing companies, and healthcare owners in the US market — building relationships, generating leads, running cold calls, managing outreach campaigns, and closing new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with US healthcare clinics and billing companies
  • Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for our leadership team
  • Understand client needs and explain our offshore medical billing / RCM solutions
  • Prepare proposals and assist in closing deals with decision-makers
  • Maintain a lead tracker / CRM and report weekly progress
  • Assist in marketing activities — email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, content coordination, etc.
  • Support brand visibility through social media and outreach initiatives

Who You Are

  • 2–6 years of sales experience (B2B / US process / international sales)
  • Excellent spoken & written English – clear, confident, and persuasive
  • Cold calling expert with proven lead generation and appointment-setting success
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare / RCM / medical billing / offshoring (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable speaking with doctors and healthcare owners
  • Familiar with using LinkedIn, email tools, and CRMs to manage leads
  • Ability to work in US time overlap (6 PM – 11 PM IST)

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in selling medical billing, healthcare BPO, or RCM services
  • Experience managing small campaigns on LinkedIn / Meta / Email marketing
  • Confident in presenting services over Zoom or phone
