Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Executive. The RCM Executive will manage the financial aspects of patient care, including billing, coding, and revenue collection. Daily tasks include monitoring the revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate billing, coordinating with insurance companies, and addressing patient billing inquiries. The role also involves analyzing revenue performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Billing, and Medical Coding
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using RCM software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
