Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Analyst RCM, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Analyst RCM will be responsible for conducting data analysis, developing reports, identifying trends and insights, and supporting revenue cycle management (RCM) initiatives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing actionable recommendations, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves working closely with clients to understand and address their RCM-related needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong data analysis and report development skills
  • Experience in supporting revenue cycle management initiatives
  • Proficiency in identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or consulting is a plus

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience as an AR Caller in US healthcare RCM.
  • Strong understanding of payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercials).
  • Good knowledge of EOBs, COB, CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with insurance reps.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve claim issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and AR reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
