Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Analyst RCM located in Bengaluru. The Senior Analyst RCM will be responsible for performing complex analyses, developing and implementing strategies for process improvement, and ensuring that revenue cycle processes are optimized. Day-to-day tasks include data collection and analysis, preparing detailed reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM) processes
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
