We're looking for a skilled and proactive Network Support Engineer
to join our team in
Noida
If you're experienced in managing Microsoft environments, providing end-user support, and ensuring network stability — this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    Help Desk support
    and end-user troubleshooting.
  • Manage and administer
    Microsoft 365
    : accounts, licenses, and issue resolution.
  • Handle
    Microsoft Azure
    services: virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Oversee
    Microsoft Intune
    : device management, application rollout, and security policies.
  • Perform network administration tasks: troubleshoot issues, maintain infrastructure, and ensure security.
  • Work closely with the
    US team
    to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
  • Independently identify and resolve issues to improve performance.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a
    Help Desk or IT Support
    role.
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Microsoft 365
    ,
    Azure
    , and
    Intune
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    network protocols
    , routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively during
    US time zones
    .
  • Self-motivated and collaborative.
