Position Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource to employees. You'll lead HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear multiple hats and play a key role in shaping the future of our people and culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, Payroll and Compensation, policies, and processes. Oversee recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and retain top talent. Design and implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs. Drive performance appraisal systems and career development frameworks. Champion employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being programs. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance redressal. Advise management on organizational development, structure, and succession planning. Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and report insights to leadership. Maintain HR systems, data accuracy, and documentation. Key Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. Solid understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance. High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization preferred. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
