Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our organization in an individual contributor capacity. The role requires hands-on management of both recruitment and HR operations, along with coordination of select administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should bring a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, preferably with experience in the real estate or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment activities via platforms such as and LinkedIn.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee inputs for monthly payroll, including attendance, leave records, and statutory requirements.
- Support policy implementation and ensure procedural compliance across departments.
Administrative Coordination
- Liaise with pantry, housekeeping, and facilities teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate food arrangements and cleaning schedules in alignment with business needs.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, including client visits.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dual-role HR position (recruitment + operations).
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or a similar project-based industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment portals and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates absolute integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Additional Notes
- This is currently an individual contributor role and does not include grievance handling or disciplinary proceedings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
