Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in B2B sales, client handling, and business communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, calls, and networking.
- Assist in developing and executing business growth strategies.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets under supervision.
- Gather market insights and competitor information to help improve sales strategy.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
