Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Admin,HR & Collection Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who wish to build their career in office administration and client coordination. The candidate will handle administrative duties, maintain records, and follow up with clients for collections in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain files, records, and documentation systematically.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and data entries.
- Handle office correspondence and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office activities and staff support.
Collection Tasks:
- Contact clients/customers to remind and follow up on pending payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and collections.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to update received payments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Report collection status to management regularly.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
