Role: Franchise Development Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

1) Franchise Sales & Lead Conversion:


•Generate and convert leads for Chai Waale franchises, particularly for QSR and tea-dominated segments.


•Engage with potential investors, entrepreneurs, and property owners.


•Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to explain the franchise model and investment benefits.

2) Business Development & Expansion:


•Identify high-potential locations for franchise outlets, including highways and city areas.


•Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and leasing agents.


•Assist franchisees in setting up their outlets by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

3) Market Research & Competitor Analysis:


•Stay updated on the F&B/QSR industry trends, especially the competitive landscape in India.


•Analyze market demand, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.

4) Franchise Support & Onboarding:


•Ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees, including documentation and training.


•Act as the first point of contact for franchise-related queries.

5) Marketing & Promotions:


•Work with the team to create engaging promotional materials for franchise recruitment.


•Represent Chai Waale at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1) Educational Background:


•MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (preferred)


•Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related field is acceptable with relevant experience.

2) Experience:


•3-5 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business expansion (preferably in the QSR, F&B, or retail industry).


•Proven track record of franchise sales or business growth.

3) Key Skills:


•Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.


•Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and partners.


•Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.


•Good understanding of financial metrics related to franchise business models.

Other Preferences:


•Gender: Open to both male and female candidates, but they should be highly driven and proactive.


•Location: Preferably based in Chennai or open to relocation.


•Travel: Willing to travel when needed for business development and franchise expansion.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; Tamil and Hindi are added advantages.
