Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful HR Executive with 2+ years' experience, ideally in recruiting for sales or business development roles. The HR will be a key part of our expanding team, handling generalist activities with end-to-end hiring cycles, supporting HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, with a major focus on sales and business development profiles
  • Manage job postings, applications, interview scheduling, and feedback
  • Co-ordinate onboarding and assist in induction of new hires
  • Build talent pipelines for fast-paced startup requirements
  • Support basic HR operational tasks, documentation, and compliance
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships across departments
  • Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years proven experience as an HR Recruiter, including hiring sales profiles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn broader HR functions and grow in a startup setting
  • Self-driven and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant specialization
  • Experience with EdTech or fast-growth sectors is a plus
  • Immediate joiners preferred
