Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general digital tools.
  • Good command over email handling and professional correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications efficiently.
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence with clients and team members.
  • Create and edit content related to finance, accounting, audit, and firm updates.
  • Manage and Update the firm's social media presence and professional networking pages.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain records of client billing and payments.
  • Follow up on client fees and ensure timely collections.
  • Assist in recruitment – posting vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting first-level interviews.
  • Handle basic administrative and office management tasks.
  • Support partners and managers with documentation, data collation, and coordination tasks.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong coordination and communication abilities (written and verbal).
  • Analytical thinking and reasoning from an administrative and business perspective.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial terminology.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
  • Social media management experience is an added advantage.
  • Organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
