Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive and Manager with 0 to 4+ years of experience in sales or business development. You will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and increase sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Mentor junior team members and support team growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or engineering background is a plus.
  • 0 to 4+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and business development software.
