to lead sales growth, build client relationships, and represent our brand with excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to
    convert leads into sales
    for Urbanwood's premium furniture range.
  • Develop a
    deep understanding of products, pricing, and design options
    to pitch effectively to clients.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by offering
    personalized solutions and professional guidance
    .
  • Engage with
    retail customers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients
    through tele-sales channels.
  • Follow up on leads from
    digital platforms, campaigns, exhibitions, and referrals
    .
  • Achieve and exceed
    monthly/quarterly sales targets
    consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Train and mentor junior tele-sales team members, sharing best practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth
    order processing and customer satisfaction
    .

Requirement:

  • 4–6 years of proven tele-sales experience in the furniture industry
    (luxury or premium segment preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools, tele-sales software, and digital lead management
    .
  • Ability to build
    rapport over phone/video calls
    and close high-value deals.
  • Leadership ability to guide and motivate junior tele-sales executives.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
