Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, managing sales processes, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include training clients on product usage and handling any inquiries or issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train clients and explain technical information clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the SAAS, IT Sales, or Finance industry is a plus
